What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be 1930s ceramic figurine of a girl holding a Kasperle doll and a raven teasing the doll on an oval plinth, with a the serial number 3118. Although Anzengruber and Gmunden made similar ceramic figurines, this one will most likely be manufactured by Cortendorf.
Cortendorf (1890-1973) is well known for wall mask and animal figurines.
The estimate is based on similar statues offered or sold at auction.
