Large framed print purchased at thrift store. Frame is 25x21 and i haven't extracted the print. Hand numbered Roman numerals in pencil. Unsure about signature could be stamp or pencil. I couldn't find any comps with the Roman numerals other than a different print listed here from Brown and Bigelow. https://www.ebay.com/itm/224359845963?chn=ps&mkevt=1&mkcid=28 Thanks for giving this a look :)

Hello Sean,
Thank you for your appraisal inquiry with Mearto and nice research! The item presented appears to be a photo-offset lithograph after an illustration by American artist Norman Rockwell (1894 - 1978), titled "The Country Peddler." The print here was published by Brown and Bigelow and numbered "CLXIV / CCC" (164 of an edition of 300). Brown and Bigelow licensed and published many illustrations from Rockwell during the mid to late 20th century. The Rockwell signature is in plate, or printed, as Rockwell did not oversee the printing of the editions.
The estimate provided is based on recent auction estimates and results of this work and other comparable limited edition prints after Rockwell, published by Brown and Bigelow. The estimate is contingent on a full condition report. Please note asking or dealer prices may vary. Thank you and please take care.
