Vintage clip earrings and choker
No nothing
Dear Bonnie,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
Firstly, this is a lovely piece matching suite! I believe this to be mid-century, 1950s/60s, so definitely a vintage piece, the rhinestones look to be bright and in good condition. From the photographs, both the earrings and bracelet appear to be in good condition, with no missing stones and minimal tarnishing to the metal. It's great this piece, typical of the era. The 'C' mark could just be a copyright mark rather than the makers mark. I have looked into this and cannot find a maker with the sole use of the 'C' marks as pictured so unfortunately we would have to presume it isn't by anyone in particular. I would say this is a piece of costume jewellery, and would probably sell reasonably well in a dedicated costume jewellery sale.
A fair market estimation for this mid-century vintage rhinestone bracelet and earring suite is around 20 - 30 GBP. This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail asking prices can be higher and may vary. I believe this lovely suite and very wearable too, it would easily achieve within the estimate provided however, there is no measurement for any sentimental value you might attach to the necklace.
Do let me know if you have any additional questions. Many thanks!
