The presented object appears to be a painting on canvas with measurements of approx 9" x 14". The artwork depicts a landscape in a style common in the late 19th and the first half of the 20th century. It appears to be signed "P. Ruiz Picasso" and dated 1898.
Neither the style nor the quality of the composition nor the handwriting is comparable to authenticated artworks by Pablo PICASSO (1881-1973).
Works by this artist were recently offered and sold on the international auction market.This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
The named arguments classify this artwork as fake or copy which has no value in the art market.
