24 1/8 x 20 1/4 oil painting the frame is gold its wooden it looks like original signed i don't see the little dots weight idk bout 3pounds im guessing its really well done it stud out to me right away im so excited I found this peace of art im hoping for the best send my daughter to college i really appreciate you guys help honestly.......
Got it from goodwill looks to me purple and yellow flowers signed by Julia right bottom corner the frame is amazing I really see alot of potential in this work of art wait till you see it you'll be socked

This undated oil painting appears to be by the German artist called Ann Julia Rant (b.1927). This is a floral still life painting depicting a bouquet of yellow and purple flowers, and it is signed "Julia” on the lower right edge. Sight 20 1/4”h x 24 1/8”w. It is housed in a beautiful gilt frame and appears to be in good condition overall.
The artist's signature varies and is sometimes "Rant", "A. Julia", or again "Julia".
