The presented object appears to be a painting made in oil or acrylic paint on canvas with the measurements of 80 x 65 cm. The painting depicts a street scene probably in a Vietnamese city or a Chinese city. The painting is made in a fast, decorative style but also somewhat haphazard style and is signed with a felt tip pen with the name "Perra Lau". Sadly no further information regarding the biography of this artist is mentioned in reference books or similar databases. This name could also a nom de plume. Such paintings made for decorative purposes are made in high numbers in China and Vietnam for export to Western counties since the 1970s.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided. A fair market estimation would be between 50 to 100 USD.
