This appears to be a serial production painting of the late 20th century, signed C.Heide or similar, possibly depicting the Eibsee and Zugspitze in Germany. Similar home decor "Bob Ross style" paintings were popular in the 1970s. The estimate is based on similar sold or offered at auction.
