Oil painting measures 23" x 17 1/2". Painting has been rolled and stored in a tube.
Painting has been stored in the Sproul family closet for many years. Nothing written on the tube.

The presented object appears to be a print on paper with the measurements of 17 1/2 x 23 inches. The print depicts a harbor scene with a city in the background. It is signed in the plate and additionally signed by hand in pencil with an illegible signature and dated 1988.
This piece is in bad condition and there is serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 5 to 10 USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.
