Hi Stacey,
I've tried various combinations of initials before "Hunt" in the artist databases we use and am not coming up with a match to anything, even expanding the search to include still life paintings.
Is it possible to get a couple of photos of the signature taken from different angles and with some raking light (sometimes if you hold a flashlight pointed at the signature from the side it shows the signature better).

I still can't find any listed artists but it just means that FG Hunt, whomever they are, had a small body of works that has not come to the auction market yet. I've valued this based on its similarities in subject matter and size to comparable unsigned works. You're all set.

Hi its hard to read but I believe hunt is the last name but the other initials I am not sure. I was hoping you could recognize it by the style of the painting.
