This coin is hard to describe as its very worn. One side has a shadow of what appears to be a head and the other side has a decorative pattern.
About one inch in diameter
My in-laws had coin collection that I inherited.

Marty,
I apologize profusely for this getting overlooked; it surfaced when we did an audit recently of unfinished appraisals. I have since reached out again to my old coin contacts, none of whom could offer any clues to its age, value or area of origin. My value of $20-25 is really just nominal - almost any coin of such age is worth at least that.
Again, I'm so sorry this took so long, and for the value to not be worth much.
Delia
Hi, Delia
Thank you so much for offering to go the extra mile for my appraisal.
You can take all the time you need.
I know the item is very worn so that might result in it being worthless, but I appreciate you checking into it further.
Regards, Marty
