Not sure if it is H.d or H.J
On the bottom of each barrel is a stamp W.J
Also on bottom of each barrel is stamped 13
A stamp with a triangle with a 12 and O or C pictures show this, hope this helps

Sadly regarding technical problems, the images and messages were not displayed. I apologize for the delay in the appraisal.

The presented object appears to be a Victorian period double-barrel shotgun made by the weaponsmith Robinson in Birmingham. This rifle has Damascus barrels and is hallmarked with addition proof hallmarks that were used in Birmingham between the years 1887 to 1904.
Rifles of this gunsmith were not recently offered and sold on the international pr British auction market.
This piece is in medium condition and there are no serious damages visible.
An estimation would be between 200 to 400 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
