Original oil painting entitled “Violin Player” by Norman (noted on back of painting “reproduction prohibited”). Dimension of painting is 24” wide x 30” high. Painting was gifted to me by Florence Fawick (daughter of Thomas Fawick) from Thomas Fawick art collection. Balance of collection is in the Fawick Gallery at the Cleveland Art Museum

The presented object is a painting made in oil paint on canvas with the measurements of 30 x 24 inches. The paintings depict a violin and an accordion player making music in a tavern. This painting is signed with the name "Norman" and was made in the second half of the 20th century. On the reverse side, this painting is titled "#9 Violin Player" and signed a second time. Sadly no further information regarding the biography of this artist is mentioned in reference books or similar databases.
This piece is in good condition and there are no serious damages visible.
