It appears to be Acrylic or Oil on stretched canvas.(not a print) It is in excellent vintage condition. The frame has some minor scuffing that seems to add to the character of the painting.
With the frame, overall dimensions are 25.25”x29.25” The canvas alone is 20”x24”
