This appears to be a decorative pochoir or stencil or template spray painted landscape with swans and young maidens, one carrying a water jar on her shoulder. This technique was widely used in the 1920s ( and is today by famous street art artists like Banksy). In the art deco era this technique was used to produce time- and cost effectively. The monogram might read AW and "copyright". I couldn´t locate another painting with the same monogram. The estimate is based on similar paintings by lesser known artists offered or sold at auction
