Painting by Agam 6/99
The outside frame of this opt art painting measures 24 3/8" x 19 7/8" and the inside frame measures 17 3/8" x 12 7/8". There are two holes in the paper covering on back and the acrylic painting covering on the front has some small scratches. This painting is signed by Agam and numbered 6/99.
The previous owner (who is deceased) was Simin Zaffaranloo.

Dear Lonnie – Thank you for submitting this fantastic piece by Agam. These are technically called op-art “Agamograph” or lenticular print and Agam was one of the few artists to delve into this medium. He did a few different images, always small limited editions, like your of 99 pieces.
These come up for auction from time to time and when they do, they generally sell between $400USD and $750USD. Once in a gallery the retail prices for his work are averaging between $1500USD - $2000USD.
