There were several artists with the last name "Hansen" who painted these coastal landscapes - Ole Hansen, Hendrik Hansen, Axel Hansen, Bernhard Hansen. Roland Hansen and Ian Hansen, to name a few - and Armin Carl Hansen, who usually signed his name in full, or at least "ARMIN HANSEN."

Hendrick Hansen signed his name a few different ways, including his last-name only, in All-Caps so he is most likely to have painted this painting.

Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
