From seeks online (art finder) it was recognized as an Fan Zeng. It looks as it is an Chinese ink and watercolor painting It has been framed and are (from my view) in a good condition. I got this as a wedding present from my brother in 1997, not sure where he bought it but assume it was in China, sins he was traveling a lot in his work at that time. Sadly he passed away some years ago so I cannot verify it.
