RECOGNIZE THE SIGNATURE?
No I don't. I can make out "Bem" fairly clearly, but cant find a good match playing around with the last letters in any of the fine art databases we have access to. Even though it depicts the Wailing Wall, there's no certainty that this was done by a Jewish artist, though that is a highly probable scenario.
