What does this mean?

Hello Chloe,
Happy New Year.
Thank you for your appraisal inquiry with Mearto. I apologize for the delay in your appraisal and thank you for your patience. The item presented appears to be a Japanese woodblock by Utagawa Shigenobu (Japanese, 1826-1869) also known as Hiroshige II. The image is titled "Cape Irō, Izu Province" (伊豆 伊呂尾 崎)
14th block of the series titled "Sixty-eight Views of the Various Provinces" (諸国 六十八 景). The series was first published in 1862 and has been reprinted throughout the 19th and 20th centuries. The print you have appears to be a later reprint, likely circa 1930. The estimate provided is based on recent auction estimates and results of this work and other woodblock from the series, dating to the early 20th century. The estimate is contingent on a full condition report. Please note asking or dealer prices may vary. Thank you and please take care.
