Your window shutters are made in China in first half 20th century. They are nicely carved and lacquered to give the wood ( I believe its Elmwood ) more detail. Objects from China are interesting in the antiques and art market. Although these window shutters are made for practical use I believe they have also a good decorative value. The fact they also have some age will add to the price. I believe if your window shutters came to auction you could expect them to make a price around the estimate I gave above,
