I believe it’s an American Victorian age unsigned oil painting on canvas with original frame. Recently been restored by a professional from Fort Worth Texas.
Frame is 18 inches wide, 12 inches tall and 3 inches deep.
Unknown. I purchased this at a consignment store in Colorado.
Dear Jay,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
The presented object appears to be a painting made in oil or acrylic paint on mansonite with measurements of 12 x 18 inches including the frame. The painting depicts pansies flowers painted in a somewhat haphazard style. Such paintings are typical of artworks made as decorative art in Asia in the last third of the 20th century.
This piece is in good condition and no severe damage is visible in the images provided. A fair market estimation would be between 40 to 80 USD.
This estimate is based on recently recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.
With kind regards,
George
