These dolls - typically made all of porcelain or with porcelain head, hands and legs are referred to in the trade as "China" dolls, though there's no suggestion that they come from China. As they are largely unsigned or unmarked, it's not always inherently obvious where they were made but generally are considered to be of European manufacture. While somewhat rare survivors, ones of this size are currently bringing less than $50 on the auction market
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

An antique painted and glazed China doll
European, probably French or German, late 19th/early 20th Century.
The painted china head with blond hair and blue eyes, wearing a white cotton or linen dress. Unmarked. Housed in a large wooden box with glass door/front.
