Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
It is a cute doll. However it is a new doll based on how antique dolls look. Your doll has a repainted face and body. It was made like early 20th century dolls but this is a copy made in the late 20th century or perhaps even early 21st century. The overall look of the body and the head and the way it is made shows that it is a fairly new doll made perhaps as a souvenir in an old toys museum.
I am sorry for the disappointing information about your doll. As for the value it is next to nothing as the doll is a copy which has been repainted.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions. I’m happy to help.
Thank you
