The "Made in Japan" sticker denotes a 20th Century manufacture, which is at odds with the Colonial style figures on top. From your comment, I am assuming that this plays music - if it does not it would be worth about half as much ($20-30). I am guessing there might be more information under the green baize base lining.

A Continental style bisque porcelain figural music box
made in Japan, 20th Century
Topped by dancing figures in 18th Century costume, on a circular base housing a music box. The underside of the box with green baize lining with a "Made in Japan" sticker.
