Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a woodcut by Ogata Gekko ( 1859-1920). The artist was most likely self taught but is nonetheless regarded to be an important ukiyo-e artist of the Meiji period. He is well known for his bird prints, depictions of the war and children playing. His woodcut prints are currently undervalued. The estimate is based on similar prints offered or sold. This particular print might sell higher than the given estimate because of the interesting subject.
Thank you!
