This is a framed engraving or type of colored print of a John Constable scene. I cannot identify it after research. It is framed, and it measures 36 x 27 and 3/4 inches in frame.

Dear Rhonda,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry again and I hope you are well.
The presented object appears to be a lithograph in colors on paper with the measurements of 27 x 36 inches. The pint depicts an park or garden of an represenative house or villa. It was probably made in the second third of the 20th century by an unknonw artist. The print is not signed or monogrammed. There is no motivical or stylistical connection to the work of John Constable.
This piece is in good condition and there is a yellowing visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 30 to 60 USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.
With kind regards,
Georg
Dear Rhonda,
Thank you for your email. The park architecture looks eclectic which would be an hint for the East Coast of the United States. The roof of the house or villa looks British comparable to asymetrical Cottage Style architecture which was also adapted especially in the East Coat regions. French architecture has more a tendency to symmetry. I hope answered your question.
With kind regards,
Georg
Thank you Georg. I appreciate the perspective. :)
Dear Rhonda,
You are very welcome!
With kind regards,
Georg
