Rose Medallion porcelain comes in dozens if not hundreds of patterns, most of which are not identified by name.
If you'd like for your appraisal to include dimensions, which is customary, please forward in the comments section - at your convenience - the height and diameter of the cup, and diameter of the saucer and I'll update this ASAP.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

An antique Chinese Export Rose Medallion parcel gilt cup and saucer
late 19th Century
The cup with rounded bowl, shaped rim and loop handle, with figural scenes around the outside; the saucer with lobed rim divided into four segments, alternating figural scenes with flowers and birds; butterflies around the center. Both unmarked.

CONDITION: both appear to be in generally good condition; saucer with a small hairline crack in the glaze that does not appear to go through the body.
