Description: Fender 1963 Stratocaster - black - original neck with upgraded body - original body replaced circa 1983 Material: Neck is maple with rosewood slab fretboard re-fretted with Gibson DeLuxe frets Body is alderwood from a 1962 Vintage Strat reissue from early 1980's Pickups: Seymour Duncan Quarter Pounders in middle and bridge positions and standard Alnico in neck pos. Factory wiring augmented by "ALWAYS ON" switch for bridge pickup and "out of phase" switch for neck pos. Kohler ibrato tail piece- tuning heads and whammybar

The Strat is known for its contoured body, three single-coil pickups, and a smooth, versatile tone that suits almost any genre, from rock and blues to jazz and funk.

Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

With original neck and upgraded body replaced circa 1983
Neck:maple with rosewood slab
Fretboard: re-fretted with Gibson DeLuxe frets
