The presented object appears to be a lithograph print on paper with the measurements of 16 x 10 inches. The print depicts a portrait of the tribal chief "Red Cloud". This print was signed in the plate by DC Kessler and dated 1982. The copyright sign indicated beside the surface of the artwork that this is a print.
Comparable objects were recently not offered and sold on the international auction market.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.

This is not a print. It is a charcoal drawing. It was from an artist in Navarre, FL around the early '80s. My phone did not let me see the message about needing more information.
