Considering the photographs, overall pattern, composition and the colours, I concluded that this is an Original Entirely made with Corals Necklace. The piece likely dates back to the period from 1950-1970. The beads are increasing in size as they get close to the center. Observing the surfaces of the corals and the colours we can say that these are original colour and they are old. The authenticity can be understood from the organic patterns on bead and the colouring. The piece does not have a clasp system, it's large size enables the piece to be fit on the owner's neck. Coral pieces were very famous throughout the mid-century and coral is still used nowadays on the jewellery. The chain of the piece appears to be a fabric string, cord. The piece is in good condition without significant problems, the ware due to age and use is visible on the beads.
