What does this mean?

This is a vintage 20th century framed color printed reproduction of a 1651 painting by Rembrandt that is referred to as "Girl at Window" and "Kitchen Maid" with texturized surface made to appear like an original painting. It was common throughout the 20th century for publishers to print images of paintings and sell them as decorative wall art through decorator, furniture and framing shops. The one and only original of this painting is in the permanent collection of Sweden's National Art Museum in Stockholm. The estimate is based on actual past auction sales of comparables.
