The presented object appears to be an etching on paper with the measurements of 12 x 10 cm. This is a facsimile by the Swiss company "Amslerdruck" after an etching depicting his wife Saskia done by REMBRANDT VAN RIJN (1606-1669). This facsimile was made around 1900.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
