Genuine Rolex watch, reference no 69160, which has a 'quickset' feature. Custom diamond bezel with high quality diamonds, VS-SI1 with very good color. Custom tahitian mother of pearl dial with diamond accents at the hour markers. Vintage, date unknown. Light wear with some minor scratching on the clasp and crystal.
