Thank you for sending in this wristwatch to mearto.com for an appraisal and I shall try to help you with that today.
TITLE:
Gent's, center seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, stainless steel wristwatch with date and a stainless-steel Rolex Jubilee bracelet with concealed deployment clasp, 'Oyster Perpetual, Datejust, Superlative Chronometer, Officially Certified', Case no. XXXXXXX, Ref. 116200, made by Rolex, Geneva, Switzerland, circa 2006/2007. Accompanied by the original fitted box and instruction booklet.
DESCRIPTION:
Case: 36mm, three leaf, polished and brushed stainless steel, screw-down case back and screwed down fluted steel crown, domed polished bezel, sapphire crystal with cyclops lens all fully integrated with a Rolex
stainless steel Rolex Jubilee bracelet with concealed deployment clasp. back of case is not shown. . .
Dial: Satiné silvered dial with applied luminous white gold baton hour indices, closed outer minute track with 5-minute/seconds Roman markers, aperture for the date (alternate red & black) @3. Luminous white gold baton hands and counterbalanced center seconds pointer. The dial is marked, "Rolex, Oyster Perpetual, Datejust, Superlative Chronometer, Officially Certified, Swiss Made'. . .
Movement: Not examined nor shown, but should be the Rolex Cal. 3135, a rhodium-plated, stippled perlage decorated, 31 jewel, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring, Microstella regulating screws, hack mechanism with the dial, case and movement signed. . .
Condition: Case - Scuff, rubs and some dirt around the lugs, tiny punctate mark on lower left lug. Back cover not evaluated. Dial - Some scratches and rubs on the crystal but the dial remains very good. Movement - Not seen, but considered original to this case, genuine and fully functional.

Pricing:
I believe in its current condition, which is good to very good, your watch would have a fair market value in the $4000-$4300 range if placed at auction. Of course, retail pricing would be somewhat higher. I hope this has been of some help to you today.
