Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a danish silver spoon from 1940, manufactured by Carl M. Cohr, with the Assay Master Mark of Johannes Siggaard and the Three Tower Mark for Denmark. Unfortunately the condition is not very good, a silversmith should be able to remove the dents.
