This is a traditional portrait of a young boy with fishing rope and fish. It measures 27 x 23 inches. It is signed on the lower right "S. Rowe". The condition is excellent, and it is framed.
Unfortunately, after searching this artist, I am sorry to say that I could not find any similar artist's signature in our records. It seems to me that an obscure artist has executed the painting that you own.
Therefore, this criterion is reflected in the estimate in red that appears above. The subject work’s size and composition were also taken into consideration when determining these figures.
