That is interesting information. Sadly that does not increase the value of this object. The fact that this piece is represented in a museum collecting is because of the historical value of this object. There are too few collectors for these objects on the market.

I forgot to mention that I called the company and they said that it was their first model, and there is 1 on display at the Smithsonian. Would that make a difference in the value.
