This appears to be a japanese woodblock print, mid 20th century, by Tokuriki Tomikichiro ( 1902-1999 / 2000), according to the inscription made in the Showa year 26 which equals 1951.The so called "bleeding" of the colours through the paper is a typical trait of genuine ukiyo-e prints.
