A 14k Gold Sapphire & Diamond Ring, circa 1980
four claw-set with an inky blue step-cut sapphire, estimated to weigh 1.5ct, between three-stone small brilliant-cut diamond shoulders on a tapered shank, stamped 14k, size 7.4.
Dark sapphires often have an Australian or Thai origin.
