Sapphire stone with diamonds

Description
I don’t know who made it. Was an inheritance. Great condition. I’ve taken it to 3 or 4 places and been told something different every time. 5 carat blue pear shaped stone. 44 round diamonds around the stone. 14k yellow gold.
Dimensions
The stone measures 15 x 10 millimeters. The whole ring 1” x 3/4” x 1 1/8”

A 14k Yellow & White Gold Sapphire & Diamond Cluster Ring, 1980's
the white gold crown claw-set with a pear-shaped stone, of cornflower blue colour, stated to weigh 5 cts, within a double border of 44 brilliant-cut diamonds, on a yellow gold shank.
Dimensions: The stone measures 15 x 10 mm, the whole ring 1” x 3/4” x 1 1/8”
I recommend GIA certification to ascertain origin (probably Sri Lankan) and whether heat treated.
