Based on the images and information you provided, this item is:

A beautiful Satsuma Bowl from Meiji period. The Satsuma Bowl from the Meiji Period, circa 1900, is a stunning example of Japanese ceramics renowned for its historical and artistic significance. Satsuma ware originated in the Satsuma domain, which is now part of Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan, during the early 17th century. The Meiji Period (1868-1912) saw a resurgence in the production of Satsuma ware, marked by a distinctive fusion of traditional Japanese craftsmanship and contemporary Western influences. This particular bowl reflects the pinnacle of Satsuma craftsmanship during that era.

The bowl is characterized by its fine, cream-colored porcelain adorned with intricate hand-painted designs. Meiji Period Satsuma ware often featured intricate scenes from Japanese mythology, landscapes, or historical events. These motifs are meticulously detailed and accented with gold and vibrant enamel colors, creating a visually striking and captivating piece of art. The bowl's design and the use of precious materials like gold exemplify the Japanese appreciation for both aesthetic beauty and craftsmanship.

This piece, based on designs, techniques and quality seems authentic but needs physical inspection, as there is no further proof or documents in regards of this.

Fair condition, cracking parts.
