Thank you for reaching out to Mearto for an assessment. In my review for a FMV; I have not found auction results. I use auction results averages to determine a price scale for you. I believe if you were to take this to a regional geoloogy (rock and mineral) show you would receive possible offer's in this FMV range I have given.
From images, it is difficult to determine if this is a bone semi-fossil or glass. The opalescent coloration, and cuts and grooves that are present in some images suggest to me that this is a human made object.
I do suggest you do not continue to glue or perform repair on the example. I suggest you to wait for an in-person review of the example to determine best preservation practices. If it is determined that the specimen is of value, that would be the time to have the current, modern, products removed from the surface.
