What you have here is a decorative carving in serpentine made in China second half 20th century. The green parts are not natural color but imo artificially done. Carving is of reasonable quality but done only with hand but also machine. These carvings are often named jade carving but the structure of the stone is not jade. If this came to auction I would think this could make a price around the estimate.
