What you have here is a Chinese censer made of serpentine second half 20th century. Its hand / machine carved in these natural stone. Carving is of fair quality and that is the reason the above mentioned estimate is given. Low quality carvings have lower prices. I think there will be some interest when it comes to auction or is offered in a sale.
