What does this mean?

This is a vintage mid 20th century bas-relief ceramic decorative roundel plate. This is a hand made piece that would have likely first been produced through a template mold. It is impression signed by hand on the backside 'Dora Ware' and titled "Hunting Lodge Interior". The object does indeed show an interior view of a lodge cabin with all the trappings and decor that one would expect to find in such. Dora Ware was likely a self-promoting hobbyist crafter who sold regionally. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
