From the photographs provided, the work appears to be in good condition but has significant dust accretions that would require cleaning.

Kunz is a contemporary landscape artist heavily influenced by her life and upbringing in the mountains of Northern Utah. Her work has been published in various publications and exhibited in fairs, shows, and art galleries. She is a member of multiple artistic organizations including Plein Air Painters of Utah. While it is possible that this reproduction print was authorized by Shanna Kunz herself, there are no labels or inscriptions to verify. Regardless, as a print, the work will have lower value than an original painting.
