This appears to be a decorative marine painting depicting chinese junks at sea, oil on canvas, laid down on board, signed lower right shin-ya and Taiwan. Such paintings were mass produced in the 1960s-1980s all over China and other parts of Asia. The artist is not listed. Such paintings perfectly fit to mid century modern design furniture, this might be the reason why there is a limited demand for such decorative wall art.
