An Asian elmwood double pierced window shutters
19th or 20th Century
Two hinged lattice shutters in a box frame
overall 40 inches high, 46 1/2 inches wide.
CONDITION: weathered and with some shrinkage apparent; some discoloring (red) to one side
PROVENANCE: acquired at an estate sale
$300-500*

These kinds of shutters were made throughout Asia so it's hard to tell exactly where these were made, or when, as construction techniques on these does not vary much. They are not brand new, I'm quite sure of, however.

42.5 w in the middle

17” W on door
32” L of door
68” all the way across all the way open. I'm updating more pictures of exact measurements.
