What does this mean?

This is an original Mid 20th century painting by the artist of a female Spanish Flamenco dancer with a matador scene from a distance through a mirror. Paintings signed 'Lorain' are likely done by an unlisted artist though sometimes attributed, without substantion, to Lorain Archibald Garner (1904 - 1969). The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
