I am unable to identify the artists signature. Wanted to see if this is known artist or hobbyist. Oil on canvas. Overall size with frame is 15" x 13". Painting size is 9.25" x 7.25"

The item presented appears to be an oil painting, possibly from the beginning of the twentieth century by an American or European artist. It measures 12"(h) x 15"(w). The work is signed on the lower right by the artist. It is framed and matted, and the overall condition is good.
Unfortunately, I had some trouble deciphering the artist's signature. I've tried many variations, but without success, I am afraid. If you have any further information regarding the artist's signature, please let me know, and I will be happy to research further.
Therefore, the estimate provided is based on recent auction estimates and similar American/ European paintings without artist attribution, dating from the 1900s to the 1930s. The current condition (based on photographs provided) has been taken into consideration when determining the estimate.
